How Rebates Stack

For 2026 installs, focus on utility rebates + state-administered HEAR/HOMES rebates where open. Example: a qualifying $10,000 heat pump project could receive up to $8,000 through HEAR plus a utility rebate where allowed, but exact stacking rules vary by state, utility, income tier, equipment, and contractor pathway.

Note: Confirm current rules with the state program, utility, and contractor before quoting savings.
